“My time with SmartPlant has been one of the most educationally progressive periods in my life.  I had the opportunity to work on several areas that would be entailed in a marketing career. I learned some of my strengths, as well as some of my weaknesses. Our team phenomenally worked side by side towards common goals (10k followers!!) and we were always rewarded and appreciated for our work. ”

"The work environment was collaborative, and I was able to voice my ideas comfortably.

Michele, Siri and Bianca took into consideration the skills we wanted to acquire, and were sure to include this into our every day tasks. I enjoyed having a mix of responsibilities.

I came into this internship with no experience and came out with valuable marketing perspectives.

Interning with SmartPlant was incredibly valuable."

"Working as a Social Media intern for 8 mos at SmartPlant was an experience I will never forget. The people, environment, and even the work I was given were all fun and amazing! I learned a lot about the social media aspect of marketing, and how important it can be for businesses nowadays. I enjoyed that I wasn't always having to work on the same thing. Siri, Michele, and Bianca are all super helpful and flexible. If there was anything you wanted to work on, they would always give you the experience you want to get out of the internship. I had a lot of fun! I loved every aspect of it, and definitely recommend it."

" This internship has been a great fulfilling experience. If you are looking for an oppotunity to have a closer look on the business industry, especially marketing and content making, this is the place to look for!  The team's been very supportive, understanding and resourceful.  As someone interested in a career in Marketing, it definitely gave me more confidence pursuing my passion.  The dream team (as I would like to call it) was always ready to work, create content, do analytics, be creative, but Siri and Michele made sure we had fun as well along the way! This gave me more than experience, it gave me teammates, friends and lots of unforgettable memories!"

“For someone who had no experience in a professional setting, I can definitely say that SmartPlant’s internship program was exactly what I was looking for and more. It was amazing to work with a team and under mentors who care about your growth and were extremely passionate about what they do. Siri and Michele’s guidance allowed me to practice my skills and build on my weaknesses all while learning lessons far from what a classroom could teach. I’m so grateful to have had this opportunity with SmartPlant and if I could do this internship again, I definitely would! ”

Malia Ramos

"Working alongside the marketing team at SmartPlant was one of the best decisions I could have made. The collaborative environment we worked in, not only helped me advance my knowledge in specific marketing techniques but also increased my confidence in sharing my work and input towards current marketing plans in a corporate setting. The marketing classes that I had taken at school only scratched the surface of what it means to work in the marketing world. Therefore, I am truly indebted to the marketing team at SmartPlant for helping me take a step forward in my understanding of specific marketing tools and teaching me new concepts I would have never learned in school.

"As part of my college experience,

I took on an internship at SmartPlant as a Social Media

and Marketing intern.

It allowed me to apply the theories and concepts I have been studying to a company and gain an inside look as to how a business functions.

Thank you so much to Siri and Michele for their patience and dedication in training us.  You both made this internship an enjoyable and valuable experience.

And thank you to my fellow interns Mawj and Malia for being fun and easy to work with.  I loved creating content and filming stories with you guys (including all of our bloopers!)"

"My internship at SmartPlant has given me many opportunities trying different aspects in marketing. I had excelled my professional communication skill. Everyone on the team was supportive and encouraging. We collaborated and helped each other think of good ways to grow our followers and provide them with beneficial content on Instagram.

Michelle and Siri tried several ways to inspire and maximize our creativity. They were all open-minded and cared about what I really wanted to get from this internship. It was great working toward the goal that we set together and achieving it!

Interning at SmartPlant was incredibly amazing!"
