Upright to mat-forming perennial with fern-like foliage and white flowers. Does well in lean, dry, well-draining soil. Protect from strong winds. The cultivars or hybrids of yarrow are popular in ornamental gardens with flower colors ranging from pinks, reds, creams, yellows and bicolors. Use cut or dried flowers in arrangements.
