Watsonia consists of about 50 species of flowering plants that grow from corms. Depending on the species, they vary in height but most are characterized by long, narrow foliage and white, orange, yellow, pink or red flowers that grown on tall spikes. Feed with a slow release or organic fertilizer formulated for blooming bulb plants. Continue to care for them after blossoms are spent until the foliage yellows and dies back.
