Description

A large family of succulent perennials with rosette forming, often rigid and fleshy leaves with sharp terminal spines and toothed margins. Height and width depends on species and cultivar.They can be found in a variety of colors and stripes. Agave tequilana, is used for the production of tequila. The plants are very drought tolerant and encompass a wide range of sizes from dinner plate diameter up to 7' tall and as wide giants.
