Description

Luscious strawberry shortcake, pie, jam or swimming in bowls with heavy cream, makes growing strawberries fulfilling and happy. Plant them in regimental rows in a raised bed, cascading in hanging baskets or tucked into strawberry pots, or choose all three. One can never have enough berries! Feed with a balanced fertilizer formulated for strawberries during growth, bloom and fruiting cycles. Hardy in zones 5-8 as a perennial; 9-10 as a cool season annual.
